Power usage : [WHAT WAS USED AND LEVEL] Corruption: [CORRUPTION] Link: [LINK TO THING ]?
And hopefully people being dishonest and mis-reporting wouldn't be too much of a problem, especially in beta. Having everything in one thread per-person for reporting means if it's noticed that someone has messed up, it can be checked through previous ones to see if there's a consistent trend or if they just messed up and need a gentle reminder.
