Or here's an idea, how about "Order of the..." something?
Order of the Rose
Order of the Amabilis Rose (since Wikipedia tells me Amabilis = lovable)
I went with "Rose" because Zero's canon gun is called Bloody Rose and the defense force is kind of his "weapon" due to him having been the leader...
Yuuki's weapon was called "Artemis" which I think works less well in an "Order of the" way.
And of course the name could be modified as factions shifted within the Sanctum. :V

Rose also sounds very Holy Grail, which I think suits nicely.
