Pandaemonium: About equal, though the demons typically have more prestige. Scrag End: equal population, though it's usually demons calling the shots. Judecca Heights: Demons, sometimes they keep human servants on premises but that's it. Downtown: about equal, slightly in favor of humans. Antenora: 70 percent to 30 percent split of demons to humans Fell's Limits: not very populated.
